Working together — teams, enterprise, groups
1. Coworkers & simple sharing
Even without an enterprise plan you can share: a knowledge base (public link or email), a document/folder, a project (collaborators by email). Whatever is shared with you appears automatically (🌐 / ✉).
2. Enterprise plan (seats & teams)
The organisation admin gets a management space:
- Seats: buy N seats; invite members by email (invitation status tracked). A suspended member (lapsed plan) automatically loses access.
- Teams: create teams (Legal, Sales…) and assign members.
- Per-team grants: choose PER TEAM which agents, applications and knowledge bases are accessible. A member only sees what their team allows — ideal for compliance and cost control.
- Organisation LLM budget: a controllable spending cap.
Members switch their active team with the team switcher (the apps/agents catalogue adapts instantly).
3. Work groups
Groups gather colleagues around a shared context (conversations, resources) — lighter than an enterprise team, useful for a one-off case or project.
4. Projects
A project groups conversations, documents and knowledge bases of one topic, with invited collaborators. KBs attached to the project are visible to all its members.
